Tania Samantha de Silva is a British qualified Consultant General & Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon who volunteers her time and support to clinical and educational programmes both in UK and Sri Lanka. She also promotes fundraising campaigns from the UK. She is passionate about equality of access to healthcare and exchange of medical expertise and skills between UK and Sri Lanka.
